Salary: £30,000-£38,000
Location: Central London, UK - fully office based
Type of Role: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their high-performing independent Estate Agency in Central London. The role of the Office Manager will be to support the directors, alongside the sales and lettings teams, with general administration for the business.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in office management, ideally within the property industry or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for office visitors
Efficiently deal with sales & lettings enquiries
Sending and answering correspondence
Assist with property and company marketing on their website and social media
Prepare new properties for marketing for sales & lettings including ordering photos, EPCs, floor plans and full compliance
Manage the company website
Raising client invoices
Processing / approving office invoices including photography, leaflet distribution, advertising for sales & lettings
Key Manager – logging keys in and out and adding new keys for sales & lettings
Supporting the sales and lettings team in all aspects of the negotiation process
Diary management of the sales and lettings team
Ordering office stationery and consumables
Responsible for Office Health and Safety
Skills and Attributes:
At least 2-3 years experience in office management, ideally within the property industry or similar.
Well-presented and excellent written and spoken English
Strong IT skills
Effective time management
The ability to work independently
Highly organised
