Overview:
Our client is a very well-established company in the Financial sector and they provide an excellent working environment and training. The Company have a very friendly culture and do occasional Company days and nights out. There is plenty of car parking available for staff members at the front of the building.
Job specification:
Using the Company's standard word-processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software
Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order
Printing off standard database reports, both routinely, and upon request
Storing and retrieving papers for follow-up ('pinks')
Photocopying
Undertaking other tasks at the consultant’s request
Production of standard letters on the instructions of the consultant
EID checks to be completed
All procedures necessary for the production of Financial Statements including emails, letters and telephone calls, scanning, database and uploading
Person specification:
Office experience is desired
Good knowledge of modern office practices/keyboard entry skills
