Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Investment Sales Consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.

Foster a high-performance culture within the team, setting clear expectations and goals, and holding team members accountable for results.

Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement to optimise sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives and market trends.

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

Sales Manager Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the investment / off-plan property sales industry.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.

Highly analytical and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
